Hayley King LLB (Honours)
Solicitor – Family Law
Hayley qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has focuses exclusively on family law. She expertise in in relation to divorce, financial settlements, and legal issues concerning children.
Before relocating to Manchester, Hayley headed the family law department at a leading firm in London. Clients appreciate her calm, practical approach and her ability to guide them through difficult times with clarity and reassurance.
Daniel Bonsall BA (Honours)
Solicitor – Family Law
Dan has worked in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. He has acted in a wide range of children and financial cases often involving international elements.
Dan now specialises in financial cases and pre-nuptial agreements.
With a background that spans both family and criminal law, Dan brings thoroughness and strategic thinking to every case.
Sara Chanan BA (Honours)
Solicitor – Wills, Probate & Private Client
Sara has been helping clients with wills and probate for over 25 years. She handles estate planning, inheritance matters, elderly client issues, and Lasting Powers of Attorney with care and attention.
Sara began her legal career in London before moving to Manchester and focusing her practice around Didsbury. She’s known for her warm, practical advice and is happy to arrange home visits where needed.
